We periodically review and update our Terms and Privacy Policy to reflect best practices and platform improvements. This version reflects updates as of June 21, 2025.

This Privacy Policy describes how Bass Kleph Music S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website (analogsol.com), enroll in our programs, participate in group calls, or interact with our content, products, and services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who We Are

Analog Sol is a brand operated by Bass Kleph Music S.L., a company based in Spain offering music production education, live performance mentoring, and related digital services, delivered via Kajabi and other online platforms.

2. What Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact details (name, email address, billing address, phone number [only if provided voluntarily])

  • Account information (login, purchases, access to programs)

  • Payment information (processed securely via Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or PayPal; we do not store card data ourselves, though users may optionally store it within Kajabi)

  • Usage data (IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referral data, login dates)

  • Content submissions (messages, testimonials, audio/video recordings from live sessions or uploads)

  • Support requests submitted via our contact page

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for:

  • Delivering programs, resources, and support

  • Processing purchases and managing billing

  • Sending transactional and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)

  • Improving our website and offerings

  • Creating and sharing promotional or educational content, such as clips from sessions, testimonials, or student success stories (see Section 5)

Legal Basis for Processing: We process your data based on your consent, our contractual obligations to deliver services, our legitimate interest in improving our business and offerings, and compliance with legal obligations.

International Transfers: Some of our service providers (e.g., Kajabi) may store or process your data outside the EU. We ensure these providers implement appropriate safeguards in compliance with GDPR requirements, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or participation in recognized privacy frameworks where applicable.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and tracking technologies (including Kajabi’s built-in analytics and email tracking) to:

  • Provide a better user experience

  • Measure engagement with our pages and emails

  • Understand customer behavior

You may disable cookies or tracking via your browser or email settings at any time.

5. Recordings & Promotional Use

  • Recorded sessions: Group and mentor sessions may be recorded for internal training, student replays, or content creation.

  • Participation = Consent: By joining a live session, submitting a testimonial, or engaging with us in a group format, you agree that your voice, image, and words may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

  • Promotional use: We may excerpt short clips or testimonials (audio, video, or written), including your likeness and name (when available), for use on our website, social media, and marketing.

  • Student replays: Recordings from sessions are typically shared only with enrolled users within secure course areas.

  • Opting out: You may request removal from promotional content or future recordings via our contact page. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request. We do not guarantee full removal from historical group recordings that contain multiple participants, unless you are the sole focus or removal would not affect the educational value. You may also keep your camera/mic off and use a pseudonym during sessions.

  • We reserve the right to deny participation in live sessions to individuals who repeatedly request removal from essential educational content or otherwise disrupt the learning environment.

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your information. We may share it only with:

  • Service providers (e.g., Kajabi, payment processors, email platforms)

  • Legal authorities if required by law

All service providers are required to maintain confidentiality and data protection in accordance with applicable laws.

We only disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect our rights or those of our users.

7. Data Security

We use secure third-party tools (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal) and apply best practices to protect your data. However, no online platform is 100% secure, and you use our services at your own risk.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfill our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

9. Your Rights (EU GDPR)

As a resident of the European Union or EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct or update inaccurate data

  • Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Withdraw consent for promotional or testimonial use

  • Request restriction of processing

  • Object to certain types of processing

  • File a complaint with your local data protection authority

Right to Withdraw & Limitations:

If you withdraw your consent, we will remove you from future promotional use and take reasonable steps to remove past use where you are the primary speaker or appear solo. We do not guarantee removal from full group recordings that would require disproportionate effort to edit and may impact the experience for others. These recordings are typically accessible only to enrolled users.

Where you appear incidentally in group settings (e.g., chat logs or multi-person videos), these may not be individually removable unless legally required. In such cases, we may offer alternatives such as blurring or cropping where feasible.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Our services are intended for adults. If we discover we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. If significant changes are made, we may notify you via email or within your account.

12. Contact Us
